30-Day Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and unaltered, and include all original packaging and documentation.

  • Standard (non-custom) products only.

  • If you receive an incorrect or defective product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built or engineered-to-order components

  • Parts manufactured to customer drawings/specs

  • Installed, modified, or damaged items

  • Electronics affected by improper handling (ESD, wiring, or power issues)

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Provide your order information and reason for return.

  3. Customer service team will review and proceed with the RMA if valid.

Shipping

  • Customers pay for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.

  • Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

  • The company is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Inspection & Processing

  • All returns are inspected by our quality team.

  • Approval of refund or replacement is contingent upon verification that the product meets return eligibility.

  • Credits are issued within 30-45 business days after approval.

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective items.
