How to Start a Return

Contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Provide your order information and reason for return.

Customer service team will review and proceed with the RMA if valid.
Shipping

Customers pay for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.

Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

The company is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Inspection & Processing

All returns are inspected by our quality team.

Approval of refund or replacement is contingent upon verification that the product meets return eligibility.

Credits are issued within 30-45 business days after approval.

A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective items.
