Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information when available. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may be impacted by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Ownership and responsibility for an order transfer to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after carrier acceptance. Any delivery-related issues should be reported directly to the shipping carrier.
